Tony and LeeAnn Guidotti are a fantastic real estate team and we couldn't have asked for a better team to help us sell our house. They worked with us for more than a year before we sold our house giving us guidance on what was important to selling the house. They helped us find contractors and vendor to do necessary work for preparing the house for market and helped us through the ups and downs of the market in 2022 and got us to a final successful sale on a unique property sell. The are always good to their work, honest, pragmatic and incredible knowledgeable and a joy to work with. I would recommend to anyone. Tony and LeeAnn exceeded our expectations from start to finish. They were able to work with our schedule when visiting houses during the search process. When it was time to submit an offer, their experience helped us make informed decisions about areas to compromise and areas to remain firm. Once the offer was accepted, they were happy to help us every step of the way through closing. As first-time buyers, we benefitted from their knowledge of the area and the home-buying process, but we were most impressed by Tony and LeeAnn's commitment to working in our best interest. They were patient with our questions, sympathetic to our concerns, and counseled us throughout the purchase with relevant, timely, and sound advice. Tony and LeeAnn were also great with our young daughter. Superb agent whom I trusted in purchasing of the 2 houses in the area and selling one of them. Extremely knowledgeable, interested in client's likes and tailoring what he finds for them to this taste exactly. With the second house purchase - after two sessions of going to see multiple open houses and him listening to my remarks, he called me and said: "I found your house". I walked in and he was sooo right. He is an absolute star when it pertains Eastside real estate. Also - teamed up with his wife, LeAnn - powerful tandem. You cannot go wrong with them.

LeeAnn and Tony listed my Bellevue condo at a price higher than I'd originally anticipated and sold it in three days! As I was living out of state, LeeAnn handled every step of the sale process - from working with my rental property manager on the lease closeout, to arranging for repairs and staging, to negotiating with buyers. As an absent seller, I was fortunate that she not only knew the local market like the back of her hand but also was already familiar with my rental manager, the condo manager, and a network of vendors. I'd never thought that selling a home could be such a stress-free experience, and it was all thanks to her expertise. To me as a first-time seller, LeeAnn was a supportive coach who clearly explained all the documents I had to sign and gave me sound recommendations on every decision I had to make. Leeann and Tony Guidotti were a wonderful team to work with. They walked us through all of the details of selling our home, provided loads of data regarding market conditions and pricing and made sure we had every detail covered to ensure a quality sale. We had to move prior to the sale of our house and Tony took care of the house while we were gone. He blew off the driveway, took care of minor repairs that popped up and made sure the house was always secured. We received an offer that everyone was satisfied with and all along they made sure we understood every step of the way. I would confidently refer the Guidotti's to anyone who is buying or selling.

Tony went way above, and way beyond, what I expected with the sale of my condo and that was after he and LeeAnn were highly recommended to me. Tony did a vast array of things before listing such as fixing several electrical issues to replacing a piece of wood on the deck and even removing moss from the driveway to name just a few. I will never forget how helpful, thoughtful and kind both he and LeeAnn were, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Tony is the best real estate agent I have ever met. Normally, I rate real estate agents just under used car salesmen. Tony is nothing like that. I was so impressed with his integrity and honesty the first time I met him. Tony thought very little about his own commission but made certain that we were getting a great deal. As a matter of fact, he kept urging us to LOWER our offer at every chance! And he was right! We ended up buying our house for $26,000 less than we originally thought we would offer. Tony also did a fantastic job of selling our previous house with very professional, top quality brochures and also got a top of the line price for the house! We sold our house so quickly that Tony hadn't incurred the usual costs for advertising and such. He certainly was entitled to keep that money but instead he used it to give us a fabulous "house warming" gift- a new furnace! My sister went on to sell a condo through him and my mom also sold a condo with Tony's expertise. I can't say enough about Tony Guidotti. You will know you've got the best with Tony on your team!! Tony Guidotti made the purchase of our home possible in a difficult seller's market. He had good advice when we had our set backs such as when our financing blew up. With his direction we found new financing and kept bidding on houses. We finally managed to get into our home that probably would now be out of reach as it has gone up almost 20% since we moved in two years ago. My wife and I are really grateful to Tony and his wife!

Choosing to work with the Guidotti Group was hands down the best decision we made in our home buying experience. Tony was excellent at proactively communicating with us every step of the way and coordinating all the moving pieces from beginning to the end of the process. We were first time home buyers in a very competitive market and Tony's expertise was exactly what we needed. Tony is a stand up guy and wouldn't think of making a real estate move without the benefit of having him as my agent.
