My first job was working for the family real estate company at age 15. We still had 2 page contracts and MLS books the size of a phone directory back then. Needless to say I've seen a lot change in the industry since. What hasn't changed is the need for good representation when purchasing or selling property. In fact I'd say it's more necessary than ever before in the age of so much information were the bad appears as relevant as the good. Immersed in the real estate market up and down the Pacific coast I offer another perspective from the general question of "Is it a good time to buy or sell?" Community Involvement

In 2007 I found that I could take some of the same skills I use to represent my clients to represent children in the dependency system. Since then I have become passionate about my volunteer work as a C.A.S.A. (court appointed special advocate).
It is my feeling that we all have something in which we have a deep passion to make a difference in. This is why when you buy or sell a property with me I donate a minimum of $250 to your cause, whatever it may be. Just mention seeing this and tell me what you care most about!
