Welcome! My name is Leah Cunningham, and I am excited for you to be here! 

I was born and raised in Spokane, WA so I am more than familiar with the area and all that's to love about it! I am married to my bestfriend, and we have a 2 year old daughter with another on the way! We love living in the PNW, and enjoy our summers up at our family's cabin at Priest Lake, Idaho. In our free time, you can find us golfing at one of the beautiful courses around us!

Real Estate is a HUGE passion of mine. I love meeting new people and helping them along the way of their Real Estate journey! The look of joy on a client's face when we get their home sold or offer accepted, is PRICELESS, and is one of the many reasons why I love what I do! 

I am always open to grabbing a cup of coffee (or two). My goal is to help the best way I can. I look forward to working with you and getting to know you better!
