I'm Lea Ryan, a licensed real estate broker with Windermere Real Estate - Countryside, serving the Columbia River Gorge. 

I've spent nearly a decade working full-time in residential real estate, guiding clients through the purchase and sale of homes and properties that require careful thought, clear communication, and steady decision-making.  I'm known for being direct, responsive, and well prepared - especially when timing matters or the details are nuanced. 

The Gorge is where I raised my children and built deep roots, and that long-term perspective shapes how I work. In this market, value isn't just about price per square foot; it's about livability, setting, access, and how a property will serve you over time.  My role is to help clients understand those factors clearly, ask the right questions early, and move forward with confidence.

While I have extensive experience with rural and acreage properties, my focus is on representing buyers and sellers of quality homes and distinctive properties across a wide range of price points. I enjoy working with clients who appreciate professionalism, discretion, and an agent who doesn't oversell - but does pay attention.
