Lauren gave us a lot of insight as first-time buyers and gave clear advice when needed and instruction as we went under contract. She made it very easy for us and helped us get a credit from the sellers for repairs to the house! She also coordinated with contractors for estimates that we then used after purchasing for the work done, so it was very easy for us to get those scheduled. She was very responsive and flexible with appointments, which meant we got to tour the house we purchased the day it went on the market and get our offer in the next day.
