Meet Lauren!
My path to real estate is unconventional. From arriving in the United States as an immigrant, to purchasing my first home before the age of 25, to leading the buying team at Bloomingdale's in New York City, what has tied it all together is a relentless focus on value — finding it, negotiating for it and helping others build it.
Today, I bring that same lens to every transaction. Whether you're purchasing your first home, selling a legacy property or expanding an investment portfolio, my job is to make the process feel informed, intentional and uniquely yours. I listen closely, negotiate sharply and do the analytical work so my clients can make confident decisions.
Raised in Seattle's Central District, I know the history, character and rhythm of the city's neighborhoods — and I'm equally at home across the Eastside. My nearly 15 years in retail and merchandising, combined with a degree in Finance, give me a rare blend of aesthetic sensibility, sharp negotiation and financial fluency, all in service of my clients' goals.
I'm especially drawn to clients who approach real estate with intention — first-time buyers laying a foundation, sellers stewarding a legacy home and investors building long-term wealth.
When I'm not with clients, you'll find me in Leschi with my husband Zach, our daughter Vivienne and our hound dog Bruce.
If you're thinking about your next move — or simply want a trusted read on the market — I'd love to hear from you.
