About Lance

Lance Cole is Idaho born and raised. Throughout 22 years as a Real Estate professional, he has helped Buyers and Sellers fulfill their dreams in the Wood River and Treasure Valleys.

Lance began his Real Estate career in 1998 in Boise, focusing on New Construction Development and Management of large subdivisions, including in the affluent communities of Eagle and Star. Lance rose to become one of the leading agents in the state of Idaho as a result of his business drive and client dedication.

Since moving to Sun Valley, Lance has been a professional ski instructor and fly fishing guide, in addition to continuing his real estate practice. Lance’s deep experience of the local mountains and rivers makes him uniquely suited to identify real estate opportunities for recreational enthusiasts.

Indeed, raising a daughter and spending time with her in the surroundings of Idaho has been the most rewarding aspect of Lance’s life. Lance is passionate about sharing these gifts with other families looking to enjoy the quality of life Idaho has to offer.
