LaMonica has been involved in the mobility industry since 2000, with Windermere, Prudential, Cartus and Mayflower. LaMonica has earned the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), Global Mobility Specialist - Talent (GMS-T), Global Destination Specialist (SGDS) designations and holds a Managing Broker’s License for the State of Washington. Prior to joining the relocation industry, LaMonica was Vice President of Human Resources, for OUM Insurance Company. Currently, LaMonica serves on the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC) Board of Directors 2024-2026, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (LRE) Relocation Advisory Board (RAC) 2023-2025, Relocation Directors Council (RDC®) Education Committee, Portland Relocation Council Board (PRC) Co-Sponsorship Chair 2022-2023. She is a member of Puget Sound Relocation Council (PSRC) President 2019-2020, Southern California Relocation Council (SCRC), Bay Area Mobility Management (BAMM), Rocky Mountain Relocation Council (RMRC), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Lake Washington Human Resource Association (LWHRA).
