Kylie is the office manager and agent services for Coeur d’Alene Windermere and has been part of the team since November 2018. She onboards incoming agents, sets their Windermere accounts, prepares them for success, and oversees the overall coordination of staff and agents. She also assists with tech questions and day-to-day issues and ensures everything runs smoothly at the office. In general, Kylie is the “go-to” person for all your needs. Kylie helps connect agents to the correct pathways for any problem that may arise and utilizes her many years here to keep streamlining procedures. Well organized and flexible; she enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting the diverse agents within our office. She has the enthusiasm and expertise to help you with whatever you need! Outside of work, Kylie is a busy mom of 2 children Lydia and Walker and wife of Tim, balancing family life with outdoor adventures like white water rafting and camping, while also staying involved in home projects.
