Kylee Hill was our buyer's agent during this wild seller’s market in 2017. Our Windermere Real Estate/North, Inc. agent referred her to us after he successfully sold our condo. Our experience with Windermere was so good that we didn’t even hesitate to contact Kylee to help us find a home in Tacoma. We are thrilled to have connected with her. Kylee quickly sent us attractive, relevant listings to some very tempting properties in the Tacoma area. We toured about eight open houses before we met Kylee in person. Our home search was unique because we placed an offer on the first house we toured with her, a house that was on the market barely a day. I think this speaks volumes about her nimbleness and expertise matching inventory to her client’s needs. Throughout the process she really went to bat for us immediately establishing a rapport with the seller’s agent, negotiating our offer. Kylee has loads of contacts for service professionals which is very helpful to us moving into the Tacoma community after years living in the north end. If you're looking for a plain Jane, normal every day real estate agent, then Kylee is NOT for you! In fact, she is quite the opposite. She is a motivated, excited, hard working, fun, dedicated, loveable and very personable agent! Her knowledge in the industry far surpasses those of her peers. This became very evident from the moment we started working with her. At our first meeting she provided us with a detailed market analysis and other helpful information for our specific area. Additionally, she told us our house would sell very quick, naturally we were hesitant to believe this. After all, we were selling and buying at the same time, which is very scary. But, everything she said in the beginning came to fruition. We found our new home during our 3rd round of house hunting (all of which were very fun and exciting)! Now we had to put our house on the market. With a lot of advice and help from Kylee, we quickly had our house on the market and within three days we received and accepted an offer! It is our firm belief that none of this would've happened the way it did without the perfect agent...Kylee was that agent. Kylee helped us start our next journey in our new home and in the mix of all the chaos we found a new friend! She may no longer be our agent, but she is a dear friend who will be in our lives forever. If you want a story like ours, then stop looking and give Kylee a call! You won't regret it! Kylee is a wonderful agent and person! Highly recommended for first time home buyers. She is very dedicated to her work and is very knowledgeable about every aspect of home buying. As we were buying with a VA loan for the first time it was extremely comforting to have someone with all the answers like Kylee. When it came to the process of finding a house she put in a lot of time to search for our perfect home while dealing with our budget. She was always available to talk day or night and answer all our questions whenever we needed it. Kylee was extremely flexible with her schedule to ensure it worked with ours when it came to showing homes. Additionallly, Kylee knows the importance of getting into see houses fast and always made time. Her connections in the business were a major plus as it made the process a breeze especially when it came to inspection time. To top it off Kylee is a skilled negotiator and will make your offer a strong one which is important in such a tough market. With all that said and the fact that we are in our new home, she still keeps in touch to make sure we are doing well. We would highly recommend choosing Kylee as your real estate agent! Ours was a unique situation and we were fortunate to have had Kylee’s advices and expertise. She is exceptionally knowledgeable in the local real estate market, particularly the area that we wanted to purchase our forever home in. Kylee was an absolute godsend through our 1031 purchase in Tacoma! She is always happy and willing to help wherever she can in your buy or sell of a home. She has even gone so far for our family to pick up a Christmas tree for our family (we move in 4 days before Christmas) and as a momma to 4, you can imagine how important that was for us to have. As a first time home buyer, setting out on this venture was exciting yet daunting. There was so much I didn't know and so much to learn in a short time. After deciding the first agent I met wasn't a good match for me I was so lucky to find Kylee. From the first time sitting down with Kylee I felt listened too, respected and that she was someone who absolutely knows what she is doing. I was trying to relocate my family from Florida to Washington I had no specific location in mind. Being a first time home buyer I had no idea what to do or what to expect. When we hired Kylee we had told her what we were looking for in Realtor: An Agent who is patient with us but aggressive enough to compete in a tough market for buyers. Kylee exceeded all of our expectations. She was happy to show us multiple homes on multiple occasions and never made us feel bad on a day we found no winners. When we did find the house we wanted there was no way we were losing out with Kylee on our team. Kylee was referred to us by another Relator. At first we were a bit nervous in switching realtors but after our first house tour with Kylee we realized we were in great hands. It only took three attempts (in this crazy market) to get an accepted offer. Kylee did an amazing job in providing us homes to look at and in telling us exactly what we need to do for the offers.
