We had the good fortune of meeting Kristine in February 2020 at an open house in Edmonds. We weren't quite ready at that time to sell our house and buy a new house but we gave our contact information to Kristine and she kept in touch with us for years. We are so happy she did. Because of Kristine’s persistence, we contacted her when we were finally ready to sell our house and buy a new one. We recently just did all that within 3 months! We worked with Kristine to buy and sell our first home in Mountlake Terrace, WA. Each experience was so smooth with her help - she is extremely responsive, informed, well connected (has great recs for lenders, inspectors, etc) AND she has a great attitude. I can't imagine doing this all for the first time with anyone else. We were able to close on our house so quickly, and sold it in the same manner. Her sage advice allowed us to both save and make money during our real estate journey together. Sad to have moved away from the PNW, since we have to find a new realtor now and no one else compares! We were so happy to of had Kristine as our realtor for our first home purchase! Kristine’s knowledge of Edmonds was excellent, she knew which neighborhoods had the qualities we were looking for and continued to ask us questions to find exactly our wants/likes. She helped us learn the current market (and about home buying in general) was patient through the whole process and was always available thru text, call or if we wanted to see something that came to market. When it came time to put in an offer she was very clever to craft the offer in a way that made it the most attractive to the seller.
