Katie was so great to work with. We needed to find a home in Eugene in the Spring/Summer of 2022, which was a challenging time for buyers. We lived in Georgia at the time, which added to the complexity, but Katie took that in stride as if we were next door. I was amazed at her knowledge and skill during the entire process. Let me tell you with full sincerity that Katie and Jake are your end point. You know that person that you work with or know that is just THAT GOOD at what they do? This is them! Katie is on the ball 100% of the time: quick to respond, intelligent, knows the ins and outs of the market, follows up without prompting and flat out goes the extra mile. Jake is genuine, was super patient with us, and was key in our negotiations. Plus, there is two of them which means double the opportunity to see homes in such a competitive market!
