If you ask Korrey Ray to describe his ideal home, he’d swiftly reply: “Your home is your happy place, so live within a space that truly makes you happy.” As such, with real estate, this happy place may come in many forms, such as a single-family residence, multi-family residence, townhome, condominium, a multi-unit property, prefabricated home, mixed-use property; the list can go on in further detail as it’s a true reflection, is one that ultimately resembles one's unique needs. 

So, whether you’re buying or selling your “happy place”,It’s important to take into consideration the notion that your needs oftentimes change, grow, and develop, as you change, grow, and develop. So, for instance, today you may require a fabulous condominium, and tomorrow a bit more privacy is needed, so you opt for a single-family home on a quiet street. In brief, if you haven’t been fortunate enough to locate, re-create, or make room for that “happy place”,it’s never too late, especially with my genuine desire and guidance to see that you're happy.

As such, I’d like to share a bit about myself, so that our connection may be strengthened to the point in which a proper developmental foundation for a successful working relationship may be cultivated. To begin, accountability, determination, honesty, and professionalism serve as the pillars of my developed foundation. While living an ethical, honorable, existence has been placed at the top of that same foundation. In addition, I believe that negotiating, brokering, and communicating within complex business environments is perhaps one of the most intellectually rewarding, challenging, and satisfying undertakings one can begin. 

Continuing as an entrepreneur, investor, and marketer, I’m experienced in analyzing, and solving complex problems, devising strategies, and adding an intellectual perspective within all facets of our collective business communities. Similarly, I believe that engaging in a career within the business space such as real estate, allows one to continually sharpen one's business acumen. To continue, recently I graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of La Verne and earned bachelor's degrees in business administration, and marketing, while simultaneously earning a Summa Cum Laude degree in the field of Sociology. 

Through my passion for industries such as real estate, investments, education, and business development my authentic desire to make long-standing connections through the cultivation of genuine relationships is underway.
