Our journey to finding a home in Eugene was years in the making, and we can unequivocally say it would not have been possible without Koa. Koa is a great agent! She really listened to what our house needs and interests were, then she showed us several houses that were right "in the pocket". Her knowledge of the local area is staggering. She knew, from memory, most of the houses surrounding the ones we visited. She filled is in on the community, neighborhoods and general surrounding everywhere we went. She lives right where she works, in the community and it shows. She went to bat for us during the offer phase, and communicated clearly and honestly when we sought her counsel. Not only would I recommend her, but we will use her again when we need a realtor next.
