Even before our family moved from Wichita to Washington for my new job, she took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and prepared us to hit the ground running the moment we arrived. She was also the one who connected us with the PNW Loans team, which made the financing side seamless.
When we arrived, she even brought us dinner to welcome us—just one of the many thoughtful gestures that truly made us feel like family. Throughout the entire process, she stayed in constant contact, calling and texting regularly so we always knew what was happening and what to expect next.
While we toured homes with our children, she would engage with them and help keep them occupied so we could focus and talk through each property without feeling rushed or distracted. That kind of care and attention meant the world to us.
She also went above and beyond behind the scenes: reaching out to listing agents to learn the sellers’ motivations, gauging negotiation room, tracking other interested buyers, and helping us strategize. She did extensive research on every home and made sure we toured options across our price range so we could truly understand where the best value was. Her deep knowledge of the area—and her network of trusted painters, handymen, and other local contacts—made settling into our new home so much easier.
Overall, Klicia was incredible: kind, proactive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our family’s success. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who truly goes above and beyond.

We are third time customers of Klicia, and this transaction was by far the hardest and longest of the three. It’s definitely not easy to sell a house in a softening housing environment. Even still, Klicia stuck with us through the extended process, and she offered wise advice and kind handholding the entire time. I’m normally pragmatic, but this deal was a doozy with unique challenges from the buyers’ side! When I was overly emotional, Klicia provided measured and calm guidance and kept us on the path. Klicia went above and beyond for us on the sale of our home.
We would not hesitate to recommend this stellar agent to any of our friends or family selling or buying a home in the Clark County area. If I could give Klicia 10 stars out of five, I would!

Highly recommended Klicia. She works hard to make sure you know what you are getting into and to find the right place for the individual. She’s also connected and has some good people who work with her for inspections and specific problems a home may have, which saved me from a purchase that wasn’t right for me. She worked with us for over a year and a half, looking at houses as we waffled about whether or not we wanted to move.
