I arrived in Port Townsend in 1997 aboard my wooden sailboat while arranging for some repairs. What was meant to be a temporary visit quickly became a lasting commitment, drawn by the town’s maritime heritage, vibrant arts community, and exceptional quality of life.

Over the years, I’ve built a family here and developed a deep appreciation for the surrounding mountains, forests, and waterways. I’ve also had the privilege of witnessing Port Townsend’s growth from a respected boat-building and arts center into a world-class destination, giving me valuable perspective on the area’s evolving real estate market.

In 2005, I purchased my first home, and the experience of thoughtfully remodeling it sparked a lasting passion for home rehabilitation and ownership. That hands-on experience laid the foundation for my 20+ year career in real estate, where I’ve developed a strong understanding of property potential, construction quality, and long-term value.
