Hello...I'm Kevin Foster with Windermere in the Enumclaw office.

I'm originally a midwesterner, grew up north of Kansas City, Missouri and still have a family farm in north Missouri. I spent 14 years in Omaha, Nebraska prior to relocating to the beautiful Pacific Northwest almost 10 years ago. So for me it's the Nebraska 'Huskers' as opposed to the Washington 'Huskies’ ...both great programs though!

I enjoy many outdoor activities that Washington offers and find humor refreshing in my daily activities.

I have been in the real estate industry for 8 years and understand my role as well as the role of supporting businesses. It's important to know how each part of your transaction will be handled, who will be handling it and why.

The excitement and challenges of helping home owners prepare for and sell their home is very rewarding. At times the process can be a bit frightening to people making changes, so my role touches on coaching, support, providing expertise and delivering results. I also work with sellers on raw land and investment properties to help investors build and maintain their portfolio.

With prior experience working in several segments in the industry I have acquired a solid knowledge of real estate actions & processes beneficial to all my clients. There are several tools I use to help investors minimize capital gains and maximize their money for reinvestment.
