BIO
With a degree in Economics and an early career in Human Resources, followed by two decades in Network Engineering and Information Technology, Kevin’s path to real estate may not seem obvious at first glance. Yet behind the scenes of his professional career, he spent more than thirty years buying, remodeling, and selling his own homes. A longtime fan of This Old House, all things HGTV, and a self-described gadget geek, he eagerly absorbed information about building technologies, home automation, design trends, and the qualities that give homes “good bones.” Working alongside his husband, Kevin put that knowledge to work in each home they improved, becoming a true real estate enthusiast along the way.
In early 2018, Kevin made a thoughtful professional transition into real estate brokerage—a move that felt both natural and purposeful. His degree in Economics allows him to understand the financial details that drive sound investment decisions and to guide clients with clarity and confidence. His background in Human Resources means he is deeply people-focused, professional, and attentive to the needs and concerns of everyone involved, helping ensure a smooth and respectful experience. His 20-year career in IT brings strong project management skills to every transaction. Clients value his organized, helpful approach, clear communication, and ability to track details and milestones, ensuring that nothing is overlooked.
Kevin’s passion for homes and home technology adds a unique layer of expertise when evaluating properties and potential improvements, allowing him to offer insights that go beyond the surface. Clients appreciate his attentive listening style and his commitment to being a steady, helpful presence throughout the buying or selling process.
A Seattle resident for the past 25 years, Kevin lives in a midcentury home in Laurelhurst with his partner, their son, and their Cavapoo, Diesel. Remodeling and home projects are a favorite pastime, and when not surrounded by sawdust, the family enjoys skiing together. They also love exploring Seattle’s vibrant food scene and cooking at home for family and friends. Kevin’s real estate practice is based out of Windermere’s Wedgwood office.
