Relocating cross-country to Seattle for a new position came with a tight timeline, and from day one, Kelsey was responsive, flexible, and completely aligned with our schedule. We only had a brief window over the 4th of July weekend to be in town, and Kelsey went above and beyond—she even showed us homes on the 4th, which we know most agents wouldn’t have done.
What impressed us most was how carefully she listened to what we were looking for. As our time in town ran out, new listings became available that we couldn’t see in person. Without hesitation, Kelsey scheduled appointments and gave us virtual tours, providing candid and thoughtful feedback based on everything she had learned about our preferences.
Ultimately, we submitted an offer on our new home without having seen it in person—a decision we were only comfortable making because we trusted Kelsey completely. What a ride! Kelsey was with me through some pretty tough real estate challenges, guiding and encouraging me along the way. This market was hard to navigate through and without her help and expertise, I dont think I would have made it. It took about four months for me to find my home, and all the while Kelsey was there to aid in my search. It made my life a lot easier knowing I had someone in my corner willing to do the work, find the answers I needed and support me through some difficult decisions. I can say a million great things about Kelsey. What impressed me was her professionalism and her confidence in understanding the process. She listened to what was important to us and delivered. Never pushing ideas rather, helping us make an educated decision in buying process. She used her negotiating skills to help us purchase for lower price than expected.
