Kelly was absolutely amazing to work with, both professionally and personally. She fought for us during the final negotiations, saving us thousands on buyer requests that we would have had to concede in order to move the house within our timeline. Kelly provided excellent resources to help get our house ready to sell, even stepping in with just 24 hours' notice to finish our backyard, which looked incredible.
On top of that, she even helped me find an emergency dog sitter when I was at a conference and my pup had to be moved between sitters due to some personality issues with other dogs.
We didn't even need to use the full back page of the realtor guide for advertising—Kelly essentially sold our house at the first open house. Her communication was clear, concise, and when necessary, brutally honest about the current market value of the home.
I would (and will) recommend Kelly to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Eugene area. This was also a relocation, and Kelly knew all the rules and procedures to guide us through the process of selling our home remotely.

She suggested that we create a feeding frenzy and when my mother’s property went on the market there was no suggestion of what she said she was trying to create in the original listing.. we wer to put the house on the market and start a bidding war for 7 days and there were offers to close asap or the offer was withdrawn in less than 24 hours. The best offer was 6,000 over asking and I believed in the plan and held out and ended up with 14,000 under listing price. I am happy that the home was sold but I feel that we could have done better. I am left a bit confused and disappointed.
