Your home can, and will, sell if correctly priced and marketed. Currently, inventory is pretty tight, with less homes on the market than last year. While the majority of sellers have been getting high value returns for their homes with multiple offers, it's not happening with every home. It is still very important than ever to have the home properly prepared for the next owner along with doing 100% marketing efforts as the home goes on the market. I learn what my buyers are looking for, we make adjustments along the way, and together I help buyers find the right house. Home prices have been rising over the last nine months, but there are still deals to be found in pockets of inventory. Historically, there is a shortage of inventory, so if the right house appears, it's important to still move quickly as certain homes/prices/markets can be very competitive. Interests

I live in or around the areas I work, and I love all the activities so close by. Hiking, biking, walking, snow and water skiing are all around. Also pools, community centers with classes and athletic clubs. The Issaquah, Bellevue and Tahoma school districts are very well known, and the areas are a great mix of rural properties, homes with quarter acres, and community-based developments.
