Katrina grew up in Edmonds and attended Gonzaga University. She spent her early adult life working as an entrepreneur and trying out different cities, but nowhere ever compared to Edmonds. She is thrilled to be living back in downtown Edmonds as a permanent place to raise her family, she couldn’t imagine living or doing real estate anywhere else. 

Katrina has been passionate about homes since she was young, watching her mom build a successful real estate career. She looked forward to driving around to open houses on the weekend, as a child! Investing in real estate young was always a high priority in Katrina’s life. She bought her first house at age 24 and has witnessed how powerful the market is for building financial stability and a sense of security. She is excited to guide other first time home buyers through the journey so they can enter the market with a sense of confidence and peace. There is no better feeling than owning a home! 

When Katrina isn’t scrolling the MLS, you can find her spending time with her husband, a local firefighter, snuggling their new baby boy, taking Pilates + yoga classes, shopping/eating local, or planning her next trip. She loves her daily walks around downtown Edmonds - say hi next time you see her strolling down Sunset Ave!
