A Gonzaga University Law School graduate, with the focus on property and real estate law, Katie is uniquely qualified to represent both buyers and sellers. 

Katie is a results-oriented, well-grounded, observant individual with an innate sense of practicality and the ability to see the big picture. She appreciates a good challenge. Offering the ultimate in customer service, considering communication to be key, Katie is responsive.

Katie has a personal commitment not only to professional excellence, but to the island community. Having married into a long- time island family involved in the design and construction of extraordinary island homes, she possesses a wealth of local knowledge and is presently the executive officer for the San Juan Building Association.
