Katie Orsburn is a REALTOR® with the Downtown office of Lyon Real Estate - the leading independent real estate brokerage in Greater Sacramento. Katie began her career in real estate in 2017 after working as a legal secretary for over 20 years. The synergy between Katie’s extensive legal experience, mentorship with a successful and vetted real estate professional and Lyon’s sophisticated tools and strengths has provided Katie with the skills necessary to achieve great success in her new career.

When not selling real estate, Katie is endlessly entertained by watching her teenage son’s enthusiasm for life, exuberance in sports and imaginative spirit. She also enjoys exploring California’s beautiful coastline, hiking, running, yoga and laid back evenings in watching movies or more likely attempting to watch a movie but falling asleep ten minutes after it has started.
