Kathy Dagsland is a native Oregonian who grew up in Portland. As one of seven children, she knows how to work as a team.

With over 30 years in the real estate industry, Kathy Dagsland, has a thorough knowledge of the market. She has worked with a variety of clients from first time buyers, to sellers who are downsizing. She has successfully listed and sold numerous properties for personal representatives, trustees, attorneys and banks. She is knowledgeable in researching market value and preparing properties for sale. She is highly skilled in all aspects of transactions including pre-listing, marketing, negotiating terms and coordinating with contractors for repairs. She has great communication skills, is able to anticipate problems and eliminate obstacles in order to focus on the ultimate goal. She has a never give up attitude.
