Kate is in an incredibly thorough and attentive real estate agent. She was always available when we needed her and never tired of my questions. As first time home buyers, we wanted an agent who could clearly explain the process to us and guide us from being under contract through closing. Kate was a perfect fit for us. On top of all that, she is honest, patient and was never phased by our rambunctious children.

Kate walked with me every step of my first time home buying experience - from meeting me at a coffee shop to discuss buying versus renting, suggesting great homes for me to visit, to patiently explaining real estate documents. I felt safe and valued throughout the entire process due to Kate's knowledge of real estate and high level of professionalism. Her communication is incredibly prompt and thorough - l always felt that she wanted to make time for me (like working late into the evening on an offer). Her knowledge of many obtuse real estate documents and the process of buying a house is vast, demonstrated by her detailed explanations of each document over the phone/email to me. Finally, you're going to spend a lot of time with your realtor, so why not choose someone who is as patient, kind, and funny as Kate!

Kate made the home buying process straightforward. She showed us houses that were in our price range, in the right neighborhoods and really fit our needs. We had a great experience working with Kate! She was very quick to respond to our questions and concerns. She was objective in her opinions and advice regarding the many properties she showed us. Kate seemed to understand exactly what we were looking for and made herself available with our limited time.Shopping for real estate was actually fun and efficient. We only had a couple of days to look around on our first venture to Walla Walla and she was able to get us into 9 properties and answer questions about some others. I lived out of town for the sale of my house, Kate was very informative, upfront and helpful with the entire process. She kept me up to date on the progress once under contract and was always available via email of phone if I ever had any questions. Kate was easy to work and communicate with, she went above and beyond and worked all sorts of hours to accommodate the time change between our two locations. Last summer we decided to leave Idaho to be closer to the family in Walla Walla. We knew nothing about neighborhoods, parts of town, pricing, etc. Kate showed us all over town and houses new and old. She was patient and kind. As soon as we found THE HOUSE, she walked us step by step as we waited to close while in another state.
We pretty much randomly picked her, and are really glad we did.

Kate was a phenomenal realtor to work with! We started our home search in earnest just as she was leaving town for vacation, but she was able to seamlessly set us up to work with another Windermere agent while she was away. After returning, Kate was able to help us to quickly put together a competitive offer on the second house we liked, which the seller ended up accepting. Throughout the month of inspections, getting quotes from contractors, working with the lending agent, negotiating, and ultimately closing on the house, Kate was incredibly responsive to questions, clear about the timeline and important dates, and gave us well-reasoned advice whenever we encountered a bump in the road.
