Karen has deep local knowledge. We appreciated her connections - from cleaning to yard work to help get our home ready to sell. Karen and Darrel looked in on the house after we had moved and were a great help when the cold winter caused a pipe to freeze. Karen went to bat for us when a contractor who was finishing a project in the house in preparation for listing caused damage and at first refused to take ownership. Eventually the issues were resolved satisfactorily by the contractor.

We truly benefited from Karen’s years of realtors experience in Lynden. She looked at the comps in our area as well as the upgrades and maintenance we had provided to our home and property over the years, to come up with an appropriate asking price. Had we listened to another realtor we interviewed, we would have made significantly less.
She and her husband also helped us move household items to storage prior to photos and showing, and provided us signs for our garage sale, which allowed us to downsize to the condo we purchased.
