The process of finding a good home, in a completely new city on the opposite coast in this housing market, could’ve been a stressful and almost impossible ordeal. Fortunately for us, we worked with Justin and Linda and they were the absolute dream team. They made this process of buying our home in Eugene so pleasant and seamless. When we visited, they warmly welcomed us and gave us a comprehensive and informative tour of Eugene. Justin and Linda were extremely knowledgeable and gave us useful insights to narrow down our search. They took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions as we had many regarding the different neighborhoods and school options for our kids. Once we found the potential house we wanted to place an offer on, they guided us through the negotiation process and never pressured us to bid a number we weren’t comfortable with. I had never sold a home before and was totally clueless. So, at first we went slowly to help me lay the groundwork for a quick sale. Justin's analysis of what the market could bear was right on! His partner, Linda Garber, chirped in occasionally to help me understand things like staging and a contingent sale. Since I would be living in my home until it sold, I wanted a very discreet process: no sign, a hidden lock box, no public open houses - private showings only. After giving me a few tips, they trusted me, an artist, to do the staging. At the agreed upon time for showings, Justin kept me informed of what was happening and arranged all of the appointments. After a week of showings with immediate interest, we had three offers. Justin and Linda listened to my values and gave me the freedom to select a buyer accordingly. When we got a low appraisal, because Justin had prepared for that, we ended up getting my asking price. Justin guided me through selling my home of 20 years with sensitivity. He is not only knowledgeable, he is kind and courteous. I am grateful.

Justin Gonzalez and Linda Garber were truly more than we could have asked for in a home search. We were new to Eugene, so the first opportunity that opened up, they took us on a tour of neighborhoods—providing general history, their own history of buying/selling houses in neighborhoods with which we took an interest, and just making our introduction to them and to the town friendly. Their expertise extended to the negotiation phase, where their professional knowledge and advice were helpful, but they never told us or steered us into making a decision that wasn't clearly our own. My partner and I still repeat a phrase that was raised in our conversations when a house for which we submitted a bid was turned down: 'See how much you learned?' We learned a lot, which is something I didn't expect from a home-buying experience, and I guarantee we wouldn't have learned as much or been as well-ushered through the process had we chosen another agent. 10s across the board!

We worked with both Justin Gonzales and Linda Garber for our home search. Being new to the area, we relied heavily on their knowledge of the local area and market. They started by giving us a full tour of the areas in which we were most interested, providing information about what was on the market, what had recently sold, and what was unique about each area. The same attention to detail was applied when viewing homes. Process went very well, we selected an asking price at the top of the range they suggested. Had 4 offers in 6 days. After we accepted an offer from one couple and they backed out due to issues that needed work, Justin contacted the other buyers we had considered and they came back with an offer $5,000 over our asking price "as is". Their appraisals went well and it closed 6 weeks after it was listed. We were happy with all that was done.
