About Julie

Julie's work ethic developed by the ripe age of twelve years old when babysitting for neighbors. With a deep love for helping others, Julie volunteered her time whenever she could, spending the summer picking green beans for a commercial farm.

"I didn't just babysit for 25-cents an hour," Julie said. "I cleaned the house too!"

At the age of 18, she began working as an administrative assistant for Olson Travelworld, a multi-million dollar international luxury tour operator. By the age of 24, she held the position of Assistant Controller for the company while simultaneously working as Controller of AARP Travel Services, who contracted with the parent corporation at the time.

Julie moved permanently to the desert in 1989, along with her husband and two sons.

While remaining a hands-on mom, she also worked for her parents successful real estate business, became a freelance news writer and worked with her husband to build a successful software engineering firm. After becoming an empty nester, she made the decision to launch her own real estate career.
"I have witnessed the ups and downs of this industry over the years," she said. "I have a passion for the industry, My experience with research, attention to detail and involvement in the community blend perfectly with real estate."
