My Bio

Listening to people and solving problems are my biggest assets.  Your home buying or selling process should be rich in information presented efficiently and effectively.  A strong work ethic and the ability to put other’s needs first are priorities of mine.  I join the 3% of Realtors by earning my Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation.  In virtually all home purchase / sale transactions, home buyers and sellers rely exclusively on their agent to interact and negotiate on their behalf.  Clients appreciate a skilled negotiator and great results for both parties. I have also earned my Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and my Pricing Stagedy Advisor (PSA) designations as I am commited to providing the highest level of service to my clients.

I was raised in Southern California and graduated with honors from CSU, Long Beach.  In 2008 we moved with our three amazing children to Coeur d’Alene and we love it here.  The beauty, outdoor activities and community make North Idaho a great place to call home.  My family and I enjoy spending time out on the water, hiking and playing golf.
