PROFESSIONAL OVERVIEW

As a full time Real Estate Agent since 1992 with the Windermere Madison Park Office I have gained a wealth of experience and knowledge about neighborhoods, home styles, construction and design, along with valuable awareness of negotiation strategy, timing and real estate law. Of primary importance to me, however, is my true concern for my clients needs and dreams, and I work diligently to manifest these important elements, while adding the dimension of real estate savvy and professionalism.

CURRENT

Kimberly Striker Hall and I have teamed our real estate practice bringing together 24 years of real estate sales and marketing expertise. We have enjoyed the process of working as a Mother-Daughter team giving you the benefit of two perspectives and double the energy. We love to help buyers find that perfect neighborhood and sellers get their homes looking great for a fast and successful sale!

HISTORY AND BACKGROUND

My expertise is in selling single family homes and condominiums in Seattle. However, after successfully marketing and selling a wonderful 33 unit condominium project located above the Belleuve Marina, I have become multi-talented, meaning I can sell real estate on two sides of the lake! The Vue at Meydenbauer was one of the few success stories for condominiums during a challenging time. Prior to this I assisted with development and design for Poulsbo Place, a community of 160 colorful cottages above the main street of Poulsbo. These MAME Award-winning homes drew national attention and have been replicated by many builders. Developing a marketing team and overseeing site sales was a fun, growing experience I will always cherish. Selling Real Estate in 1978-1981 in California and Skagit County, when the interest rates rose to 21% was another memorable experience I'll never forget! I have always enjoyed the learning experiences of working and have worked in a variety of fields including the office environment in the Aerospace Division of General Electric and Trust Administration for US Bank. For several years I was the sole proprietor of a flower shop called the "Rain Bouquet" in the Mount Vernon Mall. It is my hope that I use my varied work experiences to see real estate sales from many perspectives.

PERSONAL LIFE AND INTERESTS

I am a true Seattleite who enjoys what our city and surroundings have to offer. Married, with two children and six grandchildren, I have come to realize that home and family are two very important aspects of our lives.
