Joyce is a native Idahoan, and has lived in the Treasure Valley for the past 35 years. She's the mother of 8 children and her husband Hank has been an educator in the Boise school system for 34 years. Joyce earned her Bachelor's of Science degree, and continues to take classes to further her education. She remains active in the community, church and youth group organizations. Other than family activities, gardening, and following her children's sporting activities. Joyce's primary "fun focus" is dance. She has directed dance productions in Boise, Nampa, Caldwell, and has been involved in a multi-area Dance Festival which involved over 2000 dancers from Meridian,Idaho to La Grande, Oregon.
