A Little About Me

Hi, I’m Josie Davis!

The Pacific Northwest has always been home - I truly can't imagine living anywhere else. I'm a big lover of the outdoors and take every chance I get to enjoy all it has to offer. Whether it's paddle boarding, hiking, shrimping, crabbing, or camping, being outside is where I feel most connected and at peace. 

I grew up here in Clark County, and spent the past 5 years connecting with people as a barista - a job that taught me the value of listening, communication, and community. Now, as a real estate agent, I’m excited to bring that same heart and dedication to helping clients make the buying or selling process as smooth, personal, and rewarding as possible.

 I believe real estate is about more than just buying or selling - it's about understanding people's needs, building trust, and being a strong communicator every step of the way.
