John is a sales, operations, and business development leader with deep experience in real estate, datacom, and other tech verticals.  For the last 10 years John oversaw operations for the Dennison Capen Group at WRT, which closed over 750 property transactions for this period while he directly brokered 200 properties with exemplary outcomes for clients.  Over the past 3 decades John has built teams, led market expansions, closed complex deals, and helped companies grow, often in fast-changing or disruptive industries. John is a father of three thriving adult kids and husband to the best person he knows, Ria, his wife.  John values relationships above all other things.  When John is not working he enjoys running, his motorcycles, playing guitar, golf, reading, playing cards, and spending time with everyone in his life
