For buyers, the "project" of finding and purchasing a home can also be daunting--from getting to know the current market and what options are available, to qualifying for financing, to deciding how to structure an offer when you find something you like, to negotiating a final agreement with sellers.

For both buyers and sellers, I am expert at assessing market prices, communicating the advantages and disadvantges of complex choices (such as structuring an offer or evaluating multiple competing offers), and providing calm and strategic advice during what can be frenetic, high-stakes negotiations.
