     Before real estate, I managed operations at a mental health treatment facility, where I supported individuals and families through some of their most challenging times. That experience taught me how to stay calm under pressure, listen deeply, and coordinate across teams—all while keeping people's needs front and center. I learned that when people face major life decisions, having someone genuinely in their corner makes all the difference.
