About Me:

My name is John Jernick and I’m a licensed Property Manager and Leasing Specialist serving the greater Seattle area. I believe great business relationships are built on transparent communication and a passion for what you do. I focus my time and energy working for my clients in a way that is specialized for each individual. I recognize the different needs and visions for success, and I am here to help you achieve your goals. My clients describe me as attentive to detail, upbeat, and always open to conversation. Some Personal History:  

Born and raised in the foothills of the Santa Cruz mountains, I developed a keen interest in all things outdoors. I grew up with three siblings and spent most of my summer days around the water and hiking in the mountains. I enjoy playing pick-up basketball, golfing on the weekends, and spending time with my family. I received my B.A. in Business Management from Loyola University New Orleans, and was a selected member in the Cardonare Leadership Program. I’ve worked in Property Management and Sales in New York City and in D.C. during and since college, and I now call Seattle home, living in Queen Anne with my wife Charlotte and our dog Watson.

I start by getting to know you and your needs, so I can better represent you in all aspects of managing your home. I utilize all the top marketing platforms to ensure your home reaches the largest audience, while highlighting the features that I know will rent your home at its market potential. I take the hassle out of scheduling appointments to view your home and provide you with helpful feedback from prospective tenants. I handle all of the paperwork including rental applications, tenant screenings,  move-in reports, and lease agreements. Our office offers a full range of accounting services including directly depositing funds into your bank account. Regarding maintenance, I schedule all necessary repairs and will supply you with comparable estimates when needed. I periodically inspect your property and will provide you with condition reports upon move out. My ultimate goal is to provide you a high rate of return on your investment and will always make it a top priority. Whatever your need is, you will have peace of mind that your property is in the hands of an industry expert who strives to make you succeed.
