Hi, I’m Joel Ramirez, a real estate broker with Windermere Group One. I chose real estate because I truly believe a home is more than a place to live. My background in accounting and customer service has shaped how I support my clients: with honesty, clarity, and patience every step of the way.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Washington State University and have spent years helping individuals and families make confident financial decisions. I’m also bilingual in English and Spanish, which allows me to guide clients in the language they feel most comfortable in, especially first-time buyers who appreciate someone who takes the time to explain the process clearly.

Outside of real estate, I’m usually spending time with my three fur babies, Suki, Natsu, and Willow, or exploring new spots around the Tri-Cities. Community, connection, and genuine relationships are at the center of everything I do.
