Being involved in real estate can be a tedious process for some, but my approach is to make buying or selling real estate be informative and easy for my clients. My strengths include negotiations, 25 years of experience, listening to my clients’ needs, and keeping myself educated on changes in the real estate market. I have an excellent work ethic, which has transferred into positive results for my business.

Born and raised in the Bothell area, I really know my way around the Eastside, especially North King and South Snohomish County. My wife and I have three sons and are committed to this area. The Puget Sound area is a great place to live! I come from a large family, and if you think my name’s familiar it might be you know me or one of my many relatives.

I spend a lot of my time selling residential real estate, both for sellers and buyers. The resale market for homes in this area is, as you know one of the strongest and safest investments in the country. But I have found I have a knack for land development, with all its constantly changing parameters and rules. Finding just the right piece of land is sometimes the smartest way to go, and I love the challenge of that part of our business.
