We worked with two agents prior to being referred to Joanne and we couldn't have asked for a better advocate when buying our first home! She listened to what we wanted and never encouraged us to look at or consider homes that didn't fit our requests or desired location. She worked hard to accommodate our unusual work schedules, she listened when we had concerns and always gave us a completely honest opinion. I never once doubted that she would fight for the best deal, had our best interested at heart or that she would always back our decision, even if it was to change our minds about something. We trust her completely and have referred her to many of our friends. We ended up in our first choice home and it was because she worked so hard to help us find what we wanted in a home, in the area we wanted, for a great price. I don't know of any other agent who will work so hard to be sure that you are 100% happy.

We can't say enough great things about Joanne! We interviewed 5 agents before we met Joanne, after being highly recommended by a friend of ours. She kept us informed throughout the entire process, and was always available to us when we had a question about any part of our short sale. Joanne is knowledgeable, and extremely efficient~ she was on top of every step and followed up to make sure things were competed in a timely manner. We wouldn't hesitate to work with Joanne again, and plan to call her when we are ready to move back to the Seattle area!

Joanne came recommended by a good friend of ours and we're absolutely happy we made the decision to work with her. My husband and I were first time home buyers and Joanne was with us every step of the way. She understood our criteria and really worked with us to find us a home. Joanne was very knowledgeable of the areas we were looking into. She always replied promptly to emails, phone calls, or texts (even during late hours of the evening). We enjoyed looking at houses with her (saw about 20+) and she gave us valuable tips. She's very personable and easy to talk to - we certainly missed her company after we bought our house. Overall, the process from offer to closing went smoothly. Joanne is superb at her job and it definitely showed during our experience with her - she surpassed our expectations! We will definitely be working with her in the future for any home buying or selling needs.

There aren’t enough stars to equal Joanne’s help in selling our home. We had some trouble with woodpeckers and she helped us get rid of them. Buying my first home with Joanne has been an absolute pleasure. She is prompt to set up showings and meets with a cheerful and respectful attitude. She is quick to reject houses based on something wrong she sees in the house. So, she is not in a rush to sell you the wrong house just for commission. She is a go-getter, and is always helpful to share contacts of inspection guys, lawn guys, etc. I would recommend Joanne to anyone who is looking for an agent. Wish you all the best Joanne!
