Hi! My name is Joanie Buck, and I’m so excited to help you find the perfect house to make a home...or investment! I was born in North Idaho, but have lived in the Spokane Valley area most of my life. I’ve owned homes in the Valley (before it was its own city), Otis Orchards, and Liberty Lake. My history here is wide and deep. I’ve experienced the growth and seen the changes that have come over the years to our beautiful little corner of the world.

My first career is in education. There’s a fair chance that if I haven’t taught you or your children, I’ve taught someone you know! I have spent many years in our local schools as an elementary teacher and math and reading facilitator. While teaching, I raised four children, who currently range in age from 18 to 38! I also obtained National Board Certification in 2009 and received a new masters of education just two years ago! My drive to learn and achieve is strong and has only grown as I’ve matured and faced the current challenges in our world. My educational background has provided me with opportunities for constant growth, flexibility, and the ability to organize and communicate effectively.

My passion is people! As a teacher, I meet people where they are...whether little people, their families, coworkers, or administration. I know how to be resourceful as we discover needs...where we are and where we want to go. I’m an optimist. I see potential and possibility...always.  I’ll bring that passion and experience to the real estate table as we endeavor to find the perfect home for you!

I’m going to be honest, I’m an HGTV junkie. I always planned to segue from the classroom to real estate one day. There comes a point, right? I love houses, homes, design, and decor. All of it! I will listen to your needs and share that with you as we work together to find your perfect home.

My goal is to meet you where you’re at in the real estate process and work for YOU and your best interests in obtaining your homeownership goals. It’s a big decision with a lot of little decisions along the way. I’d be so honored to work with you!
