There is no doubt in my mind that the selling of my Mother-in Law's house would not have happened without Jinny Pardee?s excellent help, experience, and communication with all parties involved. We needed to sell her home in order to maintain her care in a Medford Adult Foster Home. This involved Power of Attorney documents that, at first, looked like a huge obstacle in the business at hand. Jinny handled all the logistics not only involving our documents, but also the documents needed by the buyer's Title Company and Bank Loan. She also came through when several repairs and updating improvements needed to be done before all went through with her vast knowledge of local contractors, etc. We owe a great deal of gratitude and thanks to Jinny, and highly recommend her as your realtor when looking in the Upper Rogue area.

Words just can't describe how dedicated, professional, and calming Jinny was during the sale of my parents home of over 40-years. So, my story is somewhat unique in that all during the process of selling my father?s riverside home in Shady Cove, I never had the pleasure of meeting Jinny face to face. I live in Eugene, OR which is almost a 3-hour drive from Shady Cove. Jinny and I transacted the entire sale of my dad?s home over the phone and through e-mail. She was amazing! The sale required multiple repairs of the home, the replacement of all carpet and painting of the entire interior of the home. Jinny coordinated all of this work in a very timely manner. My father passed away in February 2013 and his widow passed in October 2018 and the sale of the Shady Cove residence was the final piece of his estate to be liquidated so that I could close out the estate and end my duty as executor and trustee of his estate. I REALLY don?t believe I could have done it without Jinny! She knew I was looking forward to closing this chapter of my life and she just took the reins for me and got things done! I would not hesitate to recommend Jinny for any of your real estate buying or selling needs!

From our initial meeting through to closing, Jinny Pardee provided us with great service as our real estate agent. When we were ready to sell our house we met with 4 realtors before choosing one and Jinny stood out right away as being professional, prepared and knowledgeable. At that first meeting she brought information to help us understand the selling process and followed up with detailed comps to explain her suggested list price, which was at the upper end and proved to be accurate. Jinny was generous with her time and level of experience in helping us to understand things we needed to do to prepare our house for market. She informed us of other issues that needed to be addressed and she then made many inquiries to necessary individuals or agencies and resolved them. Through e-mail and phone calls Jinny has kept us informed at all times and she encouraged us to contact her anytime, which we have done plenty of.
