Jim Pojda joined Windermere Real Estate as the Branch Manager/Broker Associate at Sierra Oaks.

He was previously Vice President and Director of Career Development for Compass and served in the same role for Alain Pinel Realtors (APR), which Compass acquired in 2019. Since joining the real estate industry in 2004, Jim has built his career with the core foundation of quality and superior customer service.

Prior to APR/Compass, he served as VP of Business Operations for TechPointer, Inc. where he was the managing director leading a team of technicians, web developers, trainers, and marketing consultants. Preceding TechPointer, Jim also worked for IBM overseeing the operations, marketing, and Internet design areas for the IBM/Oracle International Competency Center.
