My experience with Jill Mestler was WONDERFUL!!! Jill is knowledgeable and professional! She is quick to respond and just a delight to work with. I used Jill to sell two different duplexes that I owned and she made it all so easy. Jill carried all the weight of the transactions so all I had to do was say what I did or did not want! She is a master at keeping track of everything and handling all of the details! She is a good communicator and lovely person to be around! I had such a great experience that when my husband and I were ready to buy a home for ourselves we knew for certain we wanted to work with Jill again!! I would and have recommended her to family and friends!! My transactions with Jill were the least stressful of any property transactions I have ever experienced!! Grateful!!

Jill Mestler brings a high level of positive energy and professionalism to Windermere each and every day. Her roots run deep in the Eugene/Springfield Community and she is well connected to support both home buyers and sellers through their journey.
After 19 years in the same home, we made the transition to a new family home. Jill's knowledge, support, and attention to detail made this a much more pleasant experience both in finding a new home, but in preparing and marketing our existing home for sale.

Jill was fantastic every step of the way on our house buying journey. It was our first time buying a house, and Jill never rushed or pressured us at all. She was quick and professional with communication to us, listing agents, and other agents at open houses and the like. She made a difficult and daunting task enjoyable, exciting, and easy. Julia was my real estate agent for my first home purchase. From the beginning she provided helpful advice about the current market, and the availability of housing in Eugene. She attended showings with me (including a few scheduled at the drop of a hat) and gave good advice about what a realistic offer would look like for each house, and helpful things to consider about a house that didn't occur to me. My experience with her was relatively brief because my first offer was accepted, in no small part thanks to her advice and networking with the selling agent. Very impressive! Highly recommend Julia!

As a single mom and first time home buyer Julia went absolutely ABOVE and BEYOND! I was purchasing from out of state and she did things to guide me to my forever home. She would go to homes and take walk through videos or FaceTime with my son and I. She directed us to good parts of town that my young teenage son would enjoy as well as I would be able to enjoy myself. She held my hand through months and months of my tears, fears, questions, late night emails, frantic texts, frustration and finally through my joy when I received the keys to my dream home. She's truly the best at not only what she does but just a kind and wonderful soul all around. I will always recommend everyone to her!

Julia is attentive, nurturing, and persistent! The market was HOT during the summer of 2020 when we decided to sell our home and purchase another. Julia was able to not only navigate us through the hectic process of selling our home in Springfield, but efficiently lead us to victory by helping us purchase a beautiful home in the Thurston area. Julia went above and beyond in helping our home sell well beyond asking price. She assisted us in staging our home in a way that encouraged inquiry, and hired a photographer specializing in real estate photography to make our listing stand out. She coordinated all of the scheduling for private tours, and meticulously reviewed each offer that followed. While we loved how competitive the market was during our selling process, the buying process was stressful with how quickly homes would pop up and go pending within days. Julia was always excited to tour homes with us, and drafted our offers the same day we toured. When the offer was accepted on our home, it was due to her knowledge and expertise. Her professionalism and organization made us feel confident and at ease during the negotiation process. We knew she always held our best interests as her mission.
