Jill helped us sell our West Seattle house for a price well above asking, and when I say helped, I mean she made the impossible possible. She was deeply involved with the painting, lighting, landscaping, cleanup, and staging. We didn't know how to do it but she did - the reliable contractors, what needed to be done and what could slide, everything about the process. We wouldn't consider working with anyone else in the future.

In deciding on a real estate agent, I had also talked with an agent from another company. While they were very nice, the price they wanted to list my home for was about 20% lower than what Jill recommended. Jill successfully sold my home in the first weekend it was listed and at full price with an escalation clause. In addition to the much better sale price, Jill exceeded all my expectations in helping me prepare my home prior to listing, throughout the sale process, and even after closing. She went above and beyond in prepping my home for sale, including personally updating window treatments and refreshing wood stain where needed. For the walkthroughs, she placed thoughtful placards around the house that brought attention to some of the small details I had mentioned to Jill—for example, she had remembered that I had recently installed top-down, bottom-up cellular shades in bedrooms. She took the time to spend a learning day with me to teach me the process and seriousness of putting an offer on something. She answered all of my questions and walked me through each step in the process and what to expect next. She gave me different contacts and options to find the right lender, we viewed multiple homes and discussed the pros and cons of each home. She brought her own tools to the viewings to see if the outlets worked and checked the windows and walls and showed me things about homes I would never have thought to look at. She stayed up late with me at night to go over every detail of the offer, contingencies and requests we could make to the seller. I am beyond impressed with Jill and am in love with my new condo.
