Jill goes the extra mile in all aspects of the process from aligning us with an excellent staging company and cleaning company to professional photography/videos of our home. Her presentation and listing of our home attracted many potential buyers and we had an offer within 5 days which was so much faster than we expected in today's market! Jill has been nothing but amazing for our entire process. We were house hunting in a rural area and she never hesitated to meet us all the way out there with a genuine smile on her face, and continued to show up for us for all the inspections and important dates through the buying process. Jill was the real estate agent that people dream about, on it from the very first phone call. As out of state buyers moving to the area, she helped us navigate the entire process of buying our home, starting with figuring out which areas to consider with our commutes and family obligations, to video walk through visits that included the neighborhood, to our in person tours. For every home we considered, she was always prepared and in communication with the seller's agents. She even packed healthy snacks for my jet-lagged toddler when we finally were able to look at homes in person! We ended up going with one still in construction, and she helped us negotiate, followed up regularly in the several months between the first deposit and closing, helped us arrange for the inspections on the house and sent us pictures throughout the entire process. 1 month before close, she kept us on track with weekly updates from our builder and made sure we were all lined up.
