After leaving my home state of Florida at the ripe age of 21 to travel around the continental US, I spent the summer of 2009 in Fort Collins-- riding bikes around Old Town, hitting the breweries, swimming in the lakes, going to shows, making new friends... I fell in love with Colorado, and the rest was history. I was drawn to the spirit of connectedness and sense of community that makes this such a special place (the gorgeous views & proximity to the mountains helped, too!) and have been in Northern Colorado ever since.

Prior to transitioning into real estate, I honed my skills in the service industry as a bartender, where I developed a keen eye for detail, the ability to navigate complex transactions (and sometimes BIG personalities), and keep a level head in a fast-paced, high-stress environment, while maintaining a passionate dedication to providing an unforgettable customer experience. I understand the importance of building genuine relationships, listening attentively to clients' needs, and delivering exceptional results. These invaluable qualities have seamlessly translated into my individualized approach to real estate, where I prioritize my clients above all else. I got into this business to help people like myself-- because believe it or not, I could have bought a house 10x over during the course of my 20 year career in the service industry -- I just didn't know how, or believe it was even within reach. I understand that buying or selling a home is one of the most significant decisions in my clients' lives, and I am honored to be entrusted with such an important responsibility.

A lover of nature, traveling, and music-- when not assisting clients, Jessica can be found wandering one of the many trails of the Front Range (and stopping to smell the flowers, naturally!), catching some live music, planning her next big adventure, or just hanging out with her dog.
