Why Real Estate

I began my career in real estate over 16 years ago, as a staff member in the Ballard office. I was drawn to Windermere’s customer-centric culture and its focus on cultivating relationships — both with each other and with our clients, whom I aspire to serve as a lifelong realestate partner. Working alongside and learning from some of the best and mostexperienced agents in the industry inspired me to take the leap and grow my career in real estate sales.

Success to Me

Buying or selling a house is an emotional process and investment, and every
experience is unique. Honoring your individual needs, I strive to guide my clients with compassion and empathy. I’m tenacious and hardworking, always keeping your best interests at the heart of my business. To me, the greatest measure of success is delivering an exceptional experience to every client, from the first meeting through closing and beyond.

Tech Savvy

Naturally tech-savvy, I’ve spent my time at Windermere becoming an expert
in how to harness the technologies at our fingertips. I stay up to date on trends and tools in order to deliver the best experiences. I offer recommendations to maximize what’s available to guide you through the process with ease.

My Background

Working with both buyers and sellers has given me insight into what each side of the transaction needs and wants, and I readily share these perspectives with my clients. I have a strong background in listings marketing, ensuring homes for sale captivate potential buyers and earn top dollar. I moved to the PNW from England when I was young, and supporting my community is
something I have always held in the highest regard. I’m honored to be able to give back to the area that I know and love by contributing to the Windermere Foundation, which provides assistance, services, shelter, and food to low-income families and those at risk of homelessness. When I’m not helping my clients reach their real estate goals, I love to garden, relax with a good book, and spend time with my husband Randy, son Nate and dog Zoey.
