As a first time home buyer, I am so grateful to have Jessica as my realtor. Jessica was instrumental in the sale of my rental home. I had never sold a home before but Jessica made it so easy! She cheerfully walked me through the process, answering my many questions promptly and thoroughly. I’m sure I didn’t always call at the best times, but Jessica made me feel like a VIP. Jessica is amazing! She flawlessly managed the sale of our old home and the purchase of our dream home. This was not a simple process as or purchase was contingent on the sale of our old home, and in the current market, this posed a number challenges. Up front Jessica laid out her plan for us to be successful and she never wavered from this plan throughout. Yes, there were some hiccups that were out of Jessica’s control that rattled us, but she kept us calm, holding hands as we worked through the issues. She was always positive, upbeat, and professional. She updated us daily when needed and hourly when we were anxious. Her communication skills are fantastic and she is just a wonderful person to be around. Jessica made a dream of ours come true; we were in a 41 year old single family home that was mostly original and had come to the realization that it was time to either "renovate everything" or "find something new." Once we had come to terms with our options and had settled on the latter, we began exploring new construction in the area and fell in love with the modern aesthetic and low-maintenance lifestyle of a couple different townhome communities, but in the highly competitive Seattle housing market, it often felt like we weren't being taken seriously. It felt like sales agents were rather indifferent to "who" would buy any given home, because after all, "someone" would buy it no matter what in this market, and may the highest bidder win! All of that changed when we met Jessica. From start to finish, she made us feel like we were her top priority and helped us navigate through what would have otherwise been an incredibly overwhelming process. From the competitive bidding at the onset, to our interim steps with inspections, orientations, and even fighting on our behalf when we ran into unexpected lender-related woes, she was with us every step of the way. And throughout it all, not only was she a consummate professional who I had the utmost confidence in, but she was also personable and genuine (with a great sense of humor to boot), someone who I felt took pride in her work and truly cared about us. Amazing!! She was always available to help, show, answer questions, talk things through and be a huge support in buying our house. Through the entire process she gave excellent advice and knowledge about neighborhoods. She was great at finding us homes that had all we were looking for in our dream home! Once we found a house we loved she was there every step of the way! She even came by after we bought and brought us goodies while we painted and renovated.

Jessica helped us both buy and sell a house in Bothell. We were very impressed with her service in both transactions. She is an extremely friendly, professional and responsive agent. This was the first time buying a home for me and the second time for my husband. Neither of us had any idea what the market was like. Jessica was great at explaining the whole process to us and helping us find a home in our budget that met all of our needs. I really liked that she never sent us a listing that was our of our budget (something that annoyed me the last time I considered buying a house). I was also very impressed with Jessica's negotiation savvy. I didn't realize going into this that you have to negotiate on more than just price in this nutty real estate market. She helped us understand each point we were negotiating on and did a really great job at supporting us without making us feel pressured. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great agent.

Jessica was a pleasure work with! During a crazy crazy market she went above and beyond to help my husband and I find the house of our dreams. We made several offers (I think the 3rd offer had something like 14 other offers) and every time Jessica was available to us day and night to help put together and navigate ways to make our offers stronger and that we understood everything about the process. Every house we looked at, she had us rate and always wanted to note our likes and dislikes about each place so we could narrow our search down and more importantly, that she knew what to look for. Not only is she knowledgeable and fun to work with, she genuinely cares about the people she's helping and finding them the perfect place to live. If we ever decide to move again we would most definitely only want to work with Jessica.
