As a life-long PNW resident who has lived in the Skagit Valley for almost 30 years, I love showing off my little part of the world! Whether you're looking to buy or sell, I am happy to help throughout Skagit, Whatcom, and northern Snohomish Counties.

Every residential real estate transaction involves people going through a transition of one sort or another, and I enjoy patiently educating and supporting my clients through every step of the journey. Working with me, you can expect honest communication, perseverance, and a can-do attitude. As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), I especially like to help those who are downsizing and finding their new place to settle, and I work well with the families who are helping their loved ones with this difficult step. I also enjoy guiding first-time home-buyers through the often-confusing process of purchasing their home.

Community involvement is important to me, and I am a certified Master Gardener volunteer with the WSU Skagit Valley Extension Master Gardener program. I have also served on the Burlington Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, am currently serving on the Boards for NPSAR (the North Puget Sound Association of Realtors) and for SPARC (Skagit Preschool and Resource Center), and I'm a member of the Leadership Skagit Class of 2024.
